Vintage Original 1946 U.S. Post Office Department Division of Stamps Philatelic Agency Envelope With 15 Iwo Jima 3 Cent Stamps affixed to the front. There is also a Roosevelt Hyde Park stamp. The envelope measures approximately 9 3/8" x 12". The envelope itself is empty. Item is in vintage condition with discoloration and creasing. It was opened along the right edge.
