1939 10c John Tyler. Presidential Series. This stamp is used. The stamp pictured is the stamp you get. I'm not a real collector so I don't know much more than what I have been able to look up about the stamps I am selling. Issue date: January 20, 1039 City: Washington DC This stamp is part of the very collectable Presidential Series. As part of the "Tippecanoe and Tyler too" campaign John Tyler took office as Vice President under William Henry Harrison. Upon Harrison's death, Tyler became the first Vice President to succeed to President. John Tyler was our 10th president.
